2.     Confidential Information

For perfomance of these terms, "Confidential Information" means any information, proprietary to or maintained in confidence by either the Customer or Lyons Tales Editing Ltd, will be treated as Confidential Information of each party with the same degree of care according to its own, and it will not use, disseminate, or disclose to third parties any Confidential Information of the other parties ("Customer or Lyons Tales Editing Ltd"), except for the purpose of providing the Services, and for any other purpose it was authorised.

 

3.     Our Services

Lyons Tales Editing Ltd provides a website where Customers can purchase various products, and Services all available at different prices. The Lyons Tales Editing Ltd platform is available to all Domestic and International Customers.

You agree that you are 18 years or older and consent to be bound by all terms and conditions of the Lyons Tales Editing Ltd website.

                                                                                                            

4.     Price for Services

Unless otherwise agreed by us in writing (including any applicable Order Form), the price for the Services shall be the price set out in the order page with the Customer appertaining to the date of delivery or deemed delivery.

The price for the Services shall be exclusive of all value-added tax and all costs or charges concerning the service choosen all of which amounts the Customer will also pay when it is due to pay for the Services.

 

5.     Payments

Lyons Tales Editing Ltd works with different payment providers to offer you the most convenient payment methods in your country and to keep your payment data secure. You agree to pay the fees for any service that you purchase, and you consent us or our chosen payment provider to charge your payment methods for these fees.

When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorised payment method. We reserve the right to disable access to any service for which we have not received adequate payment.

All payments must be made within 14 days of the original delivery date. We reserve the right to use any work left unpaid for after this time for alternative projects.

 

6.     Delivery and Revisions

Subject to the performance of this TOS, all blog writing, editing and proofreading services shall be delivered as per the agreed time of delivery. Delivery timescales may vary depending on the scale of the work and will be agreed prior to payment unless services are purchased and paid for via the online order form. In these cases, specific delivery timeframes are provided prior to purchase. An e-mail will be sent to inform the Customer about the progress of their order and delivery. All orders shall be delivered in Word, Google Doc or PDF format. If you require revisions to the order, you can request for a revision within the scope of the original Order brief. Revision request that go beyond the original brief will attract extra charges.

 

7.     Cancellation and Refunds Concerns

 

If you are not satisfied with the final delivery, you reserve the right to cancel and request for a refund within (14) Fourteen Days from the delivery of the order or material. We will not authourise any cancellation request after the 14 day period.

 

8.     Work not Paid for

For the performance of the services, all contents, documents, and files provided by Lyons Tales Editing Ltd, regarded as the work product shall remain the property of Lyons Tales Editing Ltd, unless the Customer completes the payment for the service. Unless otherwise expressly stated by Lyons Tales Editing Ltd, by agreeing to these Terms of Service you grant Lyons Tales Editing Ltd, an unlimited, sublicensable (i.e., a personal and limited right) access and use to work products for personal and commercial use including as Lyons Tales Editing Ltd, portfolio.

 

9.     Copyright Policy

Lyons Tales Editing Ltd respects the intellectual property of others and follows the requirements set forth in The United Kingdom Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (as amended) and other applicable Copyright laws depending on where you access our website. Lyons Tales Editing Ltd reserves the right to delete or terminate your access, if you violate any of our rules, or at any time and for any reason without refund.

 

12.  Customer Agreements and Obligations

You agree not to violate any law, contract, intellectual property, or other third-party right; not to commit a tort, and that you are solely responsible for your conduct while on the Lyons Tales Editing Ltd website. You agree that you will comply with these Terms of Service and Lyons Tales Editing Ltd’s Customer obligation and will not:

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lyons Tales Editing Ltd takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any Customer Content or for any loss or damage resulting therefrom, nor is Lyons Tales Editing Ltd liable for any mistakes, defamation, slander, libel, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, pornography, or profanity you may encounter when using the Lyons Tales Editing Ltd Services. Your use of the Lyons Tales Editing Ltd Services is at your own risk. In addition, these rules do not create any private right of action on the part of any third party or any reasonable expectation that the Lyons Tales Editing Ltd Services will not contain any content that is prohibited by such rules.

Where we suspend or prohibit or block your access to our Website or a part of our services, you must not take any action to circumvent such suspension or prohibition or blocking (including without limitation creating and/or using a different account).

You indemnify and keep us fully indemnified from and against all actions, claims, demands, costs, expenses, liabilities, loss, damages or other monetary relief brought, made or awarded against or incurred by us resulting (directly or indirectly).
